COUNTY TEAM SELECTION POLICY How do you get selected to play for Gloucestershire County? SELECTION POLICY The selection committee review all the available eligible players and together decide the best players and pairings. Many factors are taken into account, including current performance, match results and training sessions attended. Gloucestershire County Team members represent the County and must abide by the rules set by Badminton England.
